Tuesday 6th July 7:30pm Tsog offering. Also the actual day celebrating HH Dalai Lama’s birthday so it is a good day to offer tsog to the merit field.

Wednesday 7th July 7:30pm Penetrative Insight. Geshela will begin with an over view on this essential cultivation of Wisdom and then it will continue each Wednesday. The teaching is based on the Medium Lam Rim by Je Rinpoche.

Thursday 8th July 7:30pm Meditation with Ven. Tenzin.

Sunday 11th July 4:00pm Transforming the Heart – a Buddhist discussion class for new comers and old students alike.
