Thanks for your support with the collection for the SPCA.
Geshela and one of the students took a good supply of food over to the SPCA in Mangere which they received with many thanks.
This has been our second annual collection and we plan to do it again after the Tibetan New Year next year.

Beginning on Wednesday, March the 3rd, Geshe Dhonam will teach on Calm Abiding and Penetrative Insight.
The teaching comes from the Medium Lam Rim text by Je Tzong Khapa. The english translation of the Calm Abiding text is the focus of the book A Balanced Mind by A Wallace and the Penetrative Insight chapter is in Final Wisdom by Jeffrey Hopkins. While we will have some photocopies of the chapters available at the classes, those who are interested in these topics, will find the books useful long term. They are available from Amazon UK or Wisdom Publications among other retailers.
