The available room is in a house of 3 other bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, two toilets. The Centres sitting, teaching and devotional room is to one side and is used by members of the centre about 3 times a week.  The centre has a pretty garden and views of the water from the deck.</font></div>

Rent is $120 which includes expenses, cleaning and miscalanious product and chocolate biskets. Internet is available. The room is not funished although some furniture may be available and the kitchen all ready has shared cutlery, utensels and whiteware.</font></div>

The centre is a very nice place to live with wonderful friendly and peaceful fellow occupants, a cat called Shimi, and a great atmoshphere conducive to healthy living. The room will suit either a buddhist or non-buddhist person who does not drink or smoke and who is comfotable with buddhist flatmates.  Public transport is nearby as is Mangere Brdige township which has a library, supermarket and arrary of shops.</font></div>

Thank you to all in the cabinet and to all who through practising the teachings, illuminate and animate them. May our practise deepen and widen in 2009. </font></p>
